2. Booking and managing servers and domains under the company’s name on behalf of the client, with their explicit consent.
3. Providing technical support and maintenance services according to annual contracts.
4. Managing licenses and system updates.
5. Communicating with clients regarding service updates, technical notifications, and billing.
6. Providing backups and snapshots in case the client requests service migration.

Third: Booking Servers and Domains under the Company’s Name

• Servers and domain names may be booked on behalf of the client under the company’s account.
• This is done only after the client’s explicit consent within the contract or official communication.
• All data remains the property of the client, who has the right to request its transfer at any time.
• Upon the client’s request for migration, Delva Pro will deliver a complete snapshot of the system and data within a period not exceeding 7 business days.

Fourth: Data Protection

We take strict technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

1. Encrypted connections (SSL) for all online services provided.
2. Restricted access to servers and sensitive information.
3. Regular backups of data.
4. Protection of installed Odoo systems through security updates and periodic audits.

Fifth: Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell or share our clients' data with any external parties, except in the following cases:

• In the event of an official legal request from a competent government authority.
• With service providers who assist us in delivering services (such as hosting companies), provided they comply with our confidentiality policy.

Sixth: Client Rights

1. The client has the right to request a copy of their data at any time.
2. The client has the right to request the transfer of the server or domain to their own account.
3. The client has the right to close their account or terminate the contract, with the option to receive a copy of the system upon request.
4. The client has the right to know how and where their data is stored.

Eighth: Terms of Service and Support

1. Technical support is provided during official working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday).

3. In case of an annual maintenance contract, a set number of hours per month is allocated, and response times are guaranteed based on priority.
4. Any additional development or customization is carried out through a separate formal request.
