1. Scope of Service:

- Installation and setup of the Odoo ERP system.
- Training the client on how to use the system.
These services do not include data hosting or the responsibility for its preservation.
2. Data Hosting and Responsibility :

The system is hosted on one of the following platforms, according to the client's choice:
- Odoo.sh (a cloud service from Odoo).
- DigitalOcean.
- or a private server owned by the client.
- By agreeing to this agreement, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to the terms and conditions of the hosting service provider (Odoo.sh or DigitalOcean).

3. Activation via the organization's account :

If the client requests to open a hosting server within Odoo.sh or DigitalOcean through the DELVA PRO organization account, they agree to:

4. Backups :
- Backups can only be created within the hosting environment if the client requests it.
- Backups are managed within Odoo.sh or DigitalOcean and are subject to their security policies.
- مؤسسة delva pro غير مسؤولة عن أي فقد للبيانات ناتج عن خلل أو اختراق في مزود الخدمة.
Post-installation :
support DELVA PRO provides limited technical support after the system installation, according to the scope of the agreement made with the client. This support does not include software modifications or management of the hosted system unless requested separately.
System Updates :
Odoo system updates are subject to the policies of the producing company, and DELVA PRO is not responsible for updates unless a written agreement for maintenance and updates service has been made.
Privacy Protection:
DELVA PRO does not ask clients to share any sensitive data, nor does it collect or process any personal information unless there is a technical necessity and with clear authorization from the client.
Use of customer data :
In case of requesting technical support or installing add-ons, our team may request temporary access permissions, which will be removed immediately after the service is completed. Our team is committed to maintaining complete confidentiality of the information.
The validity of the agreement :
enters into effect as soon as the client uses any of our services or submits an official request, and it remains in effect unless terminated in writing by either party.
Termination of service :
The client has the right to terminate the service at any time, provided that written notice is given, and DELVA PRO is not obligated to any financial commitments after the service has ended, unless otherwise agreed.
This agreement :
is subject to the regulations and laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes arising from it shall be resolved amicably; if this is not possible, the relevant authorities will be resorted to.
5. Disclaimer :
- DELVA PRO does not assume any legal responsibility for the client's data, its security, or its management within external environments.
- Our services are limited to system installation, setup, and providing training and technical support.
Amendment of the Agreement :
DELVA PRO has the right to amend this agreement whenever necessary, and the client will be notified of this via the official website or through the registered email.
